Service Descriptions
All services offered by Anahiz Aesthetics MedSpa are aesthetic and cosmetic in nature. They are not medical treatments, surgical procedures, or substitutes for medical care.
Treatment descriptions on our website and marketing materials are for informational purposes only
Actual treatments may be modified based on individual assessment and skin analysis
We reserve the right to refuse or modify service if deemed unsafe or inappropriate for a client
Service pricing is subject to change without prior notice
Appointment Policies
To ensure the best experience for all clients, we maintain the following appointment policies:
Appointments are required for all services — walk-ins are not guaranteed
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first visit to complete intake forms
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled or shortened at our discretion
24-hour cancellation notice is required; late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of service price
No-shows may be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future appointments
We reserve the right to terminate the client relationship after repeated no-shows
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of service unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Zelle, Afterpay, Klarna
Package purchases are non-refundable but may be transferable with written approval
Gift certificates do not expire and are non-refundable
Returned payments or chargebacks may result in a processing fee and suspension of services
Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
Results Disclaimer
Individual results from aesthetic treatments vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Results depend on individual factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare
Before and after photos represent individual results and may not reflect your outcome
Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results
We will provide honest assessments of expected outcomes during your consultation
Liability Limitations
Anahiz Aesthetics MedSpa strives to provide safe, effective treatments. However:
We are not liable for adverse reactions that occur despite proper technique when client has not disclosed relevant medical information
We are not responsible for results affected by client non-compliance with pre/post-treatment instructions
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Age Requirements
All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive services.
Clients aged 16-17 may receive select services with written parental/guardian consent and a parent/guardian present during the consultation
Valid government-issued photo ID may be required to verify age
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify they meet age requirements
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and marketing materials is the property of Anahiz Aesthetics MedSpa.
Photos, text, logos, and branding may not be used without written permission
Client testimonials and reviews may be used in marketing with the client's written consent
Before/after photos will only be used with explicit written consent and may be withdrawn at any time upon request
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Florida
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
